Description: Preloved Italian Designer black hipster capris/ pedal pushers ending just below the knee. This pair of pants has a smooth slightly shiny texture and is adorned with three white ribbons (slight fraying on ends) along the two open ruched pockets on the upper right and lower left accordingly, and one on the mid-back of the waistband. These capris have two front side pockets and do up with a zipper fly and with a pair of buttons (the orginal inner button went missing and a replacement sewn). These pants have elasticized leg hems with the right side slightly more loose than the left, and the back of the right pant leg has some shiny lines that are not visible unless correctly viewed in light (see picture). Sold as is. Made in Italy for the Japanese market, 55% cotton, 45% nylon.

All items sold are preloved or vintage unless indicated otherwise. As such, each item has some degree of use, and a history of love and wear. While care is taken to describe each item as accurately as possible, there may be an occasional flaw missed due to human oversight.

Sizes given are only approximate and buyers are responsible for checking the measurements preferably against own garments of a similar style to ensure the right fit.

Pictures form part of the item’s description, so please make sure to examine them carefully and ask any questions. Accessories are not included unless mentioned in the description.

All pictures are taken in natural light, and so some variations in colour can be expected. Colour variations may also differ from computer to computer.

All items are from personal wardrobes and are stored to save space. As such, there may be creases or marks from storage. These do not affect the usability of the items themselves.

PAYMENT

All payments are due within 7 days of sale’s end for both domestic Australian and international buyers.

Bank deposit/ direct debit is the preferred method of payment for local buyers, and Paypal only for international buyers.

Items are generally posted out within 48 hours of receiving payment (not including weekends), and an email will be sent to buyers notifying them that their parcels have been sent.

Items not paid for within 7 days will be relisted and a non-payment claim lodged against the buyer. If you are unable to pay within the stipulated timeframe, please let us know and we can work something out.

POSTAGE

Combined shipping is offered on multiple items won within 5 days of each other. For local buyers, all items are posted in either padded or C4 envelopes, 500g satchels or 3kg satchels, and as many items are placed within these as can be fitted. For international buyers, please email to enquire on postage to international destinations.

Postage costs include any materials (if not recycled) and handling required to ensure all items are dispatched to Australian Post as quickly as possible. Recycled materials are used in packaging items as much as possible in the interest of the Environment. Please do not offer if you do not agree with postage costs.

Please ensure that the postal address given is current and accurate. No responsibility is taken for lost, damaged or unclaimed items, and any items returned to sender will be resent to buyers at the buyer’s own expense.

No responsibility is taken for any items posted once they are in the possession of Australian Post. Please enquire if Express Post, Registration or Insurance is preferred as items sent otherwise are at buyers’ own risk.

While all items are dispatched within 48 hours, the time taken for parcels to be received may vary depending on geographical locations, and the postal services in your area. Please note that items can take up to a fortnight to be received locally, and up to a fortnight internationally via airmail, and up to four months via seamail.

REFUNDS

All sales are final unless items are damaged or grossly misrepresented in the listings, so please offer with care and make sure to read the full description and view the photographs, and ask all questions prior to placing a offer or making a purchase. Refunds will not be provided if the item does not fit, is not the exactly the colour in pictures, or does not look as good as on the mannequin. If in doubt, please ASK!

Refunds are provided only on the cost of the item itself, and do not include the cost of the postage.

Refunds are only given once the item to be refunded has been returned to the seller. It is also the buyer’s responsibility to pay for any postage involved in returning the item.

All refund transactions are to be completed within seven days of having received the item.
