Item is an original watercolor art piece from Milwaukee Wisconsin Artist Joseph Ferrara 1932-2004. Piece is date 1976 but on reverse dated 1981. Frame is 13 x 10. I think it was hand made, matted by Mr. Ferrara. It says #12 on the reverse with his signature and an estimate of value at that time of $130.00. Mr. Ferrara personally gave me this picture in 1982. The picture has never been hung but I have had it stored in my home ever since receipt. There is a lot of good information on Joseph Ferrara online and his famous works of art.
