I was told thisPewter cover and tray is a Duck serving set. The set was made by Kayserzinn. From what I have read these pieces would have been sold separately however they were designed to use together. The top cover is numbered 4462 and the tray is numbered 4440. These two pieces date to around 1902. The patina on the pieces is about what would be expected on 100+ year old pewter. There are some blemishes that might possibly polish out if you so choose. The tray does have scratches and marks from use. Also someone wrote \"real old\" on the bottom with a marker. Iwas able to remove the marker inkhoweveryou can still see where it was written in the pewter. I tried to show all these things in the photos. From what I have read these are very rare to be found together. US shipping only. 7% sales tax added to GA residents.
