This is a Wilcox International Silver Co. Coffee Pot, the pattern is Lady Mary. It is in very good condition, there is a small dent on the side, which was hard to photograph, because it is so shallow. It is silver plated, and authentic. I could only find one website to purchase this piece individually, Replacements.com, which has it listed for 279.95. Thanks for looking, and please ask if you have any questions.
