I recently finished this hand made tea box banjo, and it is ready for lots of fun picking. The box is a (Wissotzky assorted flavor tea box) with very nice graphics on the face. The through body neck is hand made with a nice blood wood fret board ,with mop marker dots.It has a 24 inch fret scale with 22 frets.
The fifth string is tunneled under the fret board for a smooth feel and fast chord changes. It is fitted with-in line locking guitar tuners. It also has a straight pull adjustable tailpiece. This banjo has a good sound and is equipped with an acoustic guitar pickup with a volume control pot. I also used full sized resonator guitar sound hole screens. Has no trouble being heard with the drums and electric guitars when plugged into your amp. Please feel free to ask questions.
