This is an authentic mid century set. The patina is beautiful. The dining set is located in St Charles MO. My family purchased the set new in El Paso Tx in 1962, or thereabouts. It remained in El Paso until 2012, when we moved to St Charles MO.

The set is comprised of the breakfront, dining table, four side chairs, 2 arm chairs, and serving cart. There is one table leaf of the same style included, but not matching the set due to fading over time.The table top has been professionally finished twice and the finish is in fair to good condition.
The serving cart has the original finish and is in very good condition, however the top of the serving cart needs refinishing.
The breakfront has the original finish which is in very good condition. The molding on the left side was damaged in moving while in El Paso. It was repaired but the repair was unsatisfactory. However, because it is a clean break, I have been told that it can restored.The chairs are structurally sound and in good condition. One arm chair has a crack in the right armrest as shown. I have been told this is a minor problem which can be corrected One chair has developed some corrosion on the brass corner piece as shown.
Other than as described above, there are no scratches, gouges nor serious other damage only wear which you would expect on a 50+ year old set.This set is the real deal. It is a rare, matched dining set - not a reproduction - very hard to find.
