this is a pulsar m 12386 a phone........cannot be activated.............you will get the phone and the 2 batteries as shown in photos.......i don\'t think batteries are chargeable............but i do believe the phone will power up........i had a charger from another phone that fit into this phone and it starts to power up and then go\'s off.........it will do this over and over with the charger plugged in and pressing the power button...........with a good battery and the right charger...........this phone appears to be working.......however i can only guarantee what i tested.............the phone is in good used condition.......keyboard and face plate are fine it has a couple of nicks down towards bottom...........phone is approx 2.4\" deep at base with battery installed....serial # s 782gtq1844
