Up for sale is ONE (I have four sets in the plastic and one not in plastic) PLACE sized (there is a very slight difference in the sizes of the pieces between \"Table\" and \"Place\" sized settings... You can refer to Replacements website or Reed & Barton\'s to learn each size if you are trying to add to your set)
These are STERLING SILVER (Reed & Barton also made this same pattern in all stainless).. .The only thing that is not sterling is the \"weight\" inside the knife handle and the knife\'s cutting portion itself.
The eighteenth Century Pattern was introduced in 1971 and is still current, classic yet contemporary in style. (My pieces date to 1989.)

That is a total of 655.3 grams, or 7.3 ounces
This 5 piece set costs $850 from Reed & Barton (BUT if you add up the price of individual pieces, it comes to $940!)
At Replacements, it is $499 (on sale now for $429) (and again. buying them as individual pieces comes to more $ at Replacements as well over buying as a set) but remember, you won\'t know what you are getting, I know they have very high standards, but if they came there used and were repolished, they may still have some scratches or dings. (unless you get lucky and get a rare new in plastic one ordering from them.)
