The # 8 Spiderweb turquoise comes from the Lynn mining district in Eureka Colorado. Typical #8 spiderweb turquoiseis a light blue/green with a brown matrix. Itcan be easily identified by its unique brown matrixcreating aspiderweb appearance in the stone. The #8 spiderweb mine closed in 1976. #8 spiderweb is considered a rare turquoise and is quite desirable.
