This outstanding Norwegian .830 silver fiddle and shell pattern punch or soup ladle was made by prolific silversmith Marius Hammer (1847-1927) c. 1910. It features a beautiful crafted shell on its handle and charming quatrefoil bowl. The reverse of the handle has the periodmonogram GT. The ladle is 13.5\" from the end of the handle to the lip of the bowl and weighs a heavy 227.5 grams.
