This little girl has such a sweet face, from her loving eyes, to her puckered little lips. Standing at 16\" tall, she has a wax over paper mache shoulder head, with early wood lower arms and legs. She\'s dressed for a walk along the countryside, in a rustic antique outfit complete with an adorable hat. Her petite size and her adoring expression make her one girl who just belongs in your arms!

She is GUARANTEED to be free of cracks, or warping to the head. She is GUARANTEED to be a genuine antique doll dating from 1870!She is GUARANTEED to be on her original body with wooden arms and legs!!

She is in very good condition for her age, with a preciouswax shoulder head on her lovely cloth body in excellent condition for her age.She has a glued-on brown mohair wig in a tied-up style, allowing you to see her beautiful little face with nothing in the way. Her arms and legs are early wooden, with blue boots painted on the lower legs. She is just the right size for cuddling!!

She is dressed in a cute antique outfit; a pale cream/yellow dress with antique lacing on the collar and sleeves, ; an antique half-slip with tucking along the skirt, and sharp scalloped edging at the hem; antique pantaloons with tucking on each leg, and heavy lacing on the pant cuffs. A brown ribbon ties around her waist, and she is topped off with an adorable green-tan wool blend hat with pink flowers on the side. This outfit is suitable for this countryside wax girl -- she belongs in your arms!

CONDITION: Very good! Considering her age, she has no cracks, or warping to the head and breast-plate.Some general age wear to the face -- on the nose.Her wooden hands and feet are in good shape, with some minor peeling and chipping of the paint.The original cloth body is in sturdy condition, with some patch repair to the chest. Original squeak-box is intact, but no longer works.
