Delivery

All goods are stored in our warehouse and will be shipped by K.O.G-direct
Usually once payment is received item delivery takes 7 days but please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.
If item is received damaged it must be reported to KOG Direct within 3 working days of tracking received item. We cannot take responsibility for any damage that is reported after the 3 working day period.
If item is deemed damaged upon delivery customer must not accept or sign for delivery.
If item is deemed damaged after delivery customer must lodge damaged item report at nearest post office and send K.O.G-direct shipping damaged report number.
If item is received damaged a clear photo must be sent to K.O.G-direct e-mail showing damage.
If item is states delivery with tracking, tracking number will be supplied upon request.
If your product does not arrive after 15 days, please contact us and we will resolve any problems.

Return and Warranties

We offer 30 days exchange warranties so if there is defects on the item, we\'ll simply exchange the same item for you.
