Returns:
You MUST contact us within 14 days from receipt of your purchase, for a return authorization prior to returning any items. Returns are accepted on most items throughout our store. All items must be in the same condition as received, unused/unopened, and resalable condition. Buyer pays return shipping fees unless it is due to an error on our part. Please be advised that due to the delicate nature of false eyelashes, refunds and/or replacements, will not be given for damaged eyelashes once you attempt to remove them from the eyelash tray. Damaged/Defective Items:
You MUST notify us within 7 days from receipt of your order if you receive any damaged or defective items. Please do not throw any items away, as we will verify any claims, before a replacement or refund can be issued. Please be advised that due to the delicate nature of false eyelashes, refunds and/or replacements, will not be given for damaged eyelashes once you attempt to remove them from the eyelash tray.

Cancellations and Changes to Your Order:
Please be sure that you want the item before purchasing. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received. Cancellations must be made before an unpaid item case is opened (4 days from purchase). We will do our best to accommodate requests to make changes to an existing order; however, we cannot make any changes to your order once it has been sent to processing.
