I don\'t know what is is about fall, but all I want to do is sew and quilt! I made this Candle Mat using tiny squares I cut from some new and some vintage fabrics. I really like the blend. I quilted it with the shape of a barn star, which you can see better in the photo of the back. After I flipped it over, I kinda like the backside on my table as well! The binding, I used an old vintage blue fabric that I really love. I got several old fabrics when my grandmother passed away, so I\'ve been part using, part hording my stash. I\'m sad that some of them are almost out. This mat measures approx. 9 \" ×9\"I am in no way a professional quilter , I just quilt because I love it. So my items are not perfect! :)
