William Heverin (1860-1951) Charlestown, Cecil County, MD – Long-necked Canvasback pair, Heverin\'s best style, from the turn of two centuries back in old gunning paint, with stretched (4-inches) alert heads, paint eyes, neck shelves, paddle tails, Mitchell wing patterns on the hen, weights & staples attached, tight neck check on the hen, without repair. These are the same style Heverin canvasbacks as the Heverin canvasback hen on the cover of J. Evans McKinney\'s book Decoy of the Susquehanna Flats and their makers.
