\"LITTLE MATCH GIRL\" AT THE Christmas TREE

This listing in for a vintage and rare Royal Copenhagen silhouette collector plate from the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale series. The silhouette plates each have a different fairy tale silhouette design and are each signed. The overall series pattern number is 1273 and this plate is numbered 9586. It is number \"11\" in the Hans Christian Andersen series. It is a stunning plate.

These plates are now hard to find. They date between 1928 and 1950.

This plate is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, scratches, repairs or damage of any kind.

This beautiful, fine china item is made in Denmark by the prestigious ROYAL COPENHAGEN PORCELAIN COMPANY.

THE PLATE HAS THE ROYAL COPENHAGEN DENMARK HALLMARKS OF THE ROYAL CROWN, SURROUNDED BY COPENHAGEN, DENMARK AND THE THREE BLUE WAVES ON THE BACK. THERE ARE NO SCRATCH MARKS THROUGH THE WAVES, MAKING THIS PLATE A FACTORY FIRST OR OF FIRST QUALITY.

The MEASUREMENT of this lovely and unique plate is: 10 inches round.

The silhouette is trimmed in a pale blue/green and gold around the rim. The Little Match Girl is sitting by the candle lit Christmas tree and makes for a wonderful holiday decoration.
