This is a set of (5) five vintage porcelain 9 1/4\" dishes from France with \"La Choucroute Comme en Alsace\" written across the top and couples dressed in Alsace folk costumes. These dishes have a light gray border design of grapes, wine bottle and wine glasses. The back stamp has a gold stamp that says \'Veritable Porcelaine\'. There is a green back stamp that has four lines of lettering. The first line is hard to discern. The second line is \'Porcelain\'. The thirs line is also hard to discern and the fourth line says \'Chauyigny\', which is likely Chauvigny. These rare dishes all have the same back stamp except for one which simply has the gold \'Veritable Porcelaine\' stamp. These dishes are in excellent condition with a few flea bites on the underside of the plate on the bottom rim. Free domestic shipping.
