• This is a rare, 1982 dollhouse. It is a beautiful vintage toy that would be great for a collector or for play.

• From the instructions, it is only missing the mailbox feature, the Erin doll, the fireplace grill cover, and one clear plastic window insert (all window frames are present and there is an extra clear window insert that can be cut to fit). I have NOT tested the electronics because one electric coil is missing in the battery area. I believe the electric coil needs to be replaced for the electronic features to work. Electric features include doorbell, porch light, fireplace noise, and soundbox with 6 sounds.

• There are sliding walls on the front of the house that allow you to open the house for play. Also, the side opposite the chimney opens out for play.

• The dollhouse will arrive mostly unassembled. It has over 30 original pieces. I have included over 130 additional miniature furniture accessories including items such as a piano, dishes, table, decorations, etc.

• The dollhouse and accessories are ALL vintage, so there may be a small amount of wear as to be expected. As the photos show, most pieces are in excellent condition.
