Sweet Vintage Excellent Condition Unmarked 17\" Composition Baby Doll 1940\'s:

This unmarked composition baby doll is at least 70 years old! Her cloth body is stuffed with some sort of felt yarn like substance. Not a collector so pardon my interpretation. She has two holes, one at the front of each leg. the one on the left is larger than the one on the right. the holes are where there is wire at the top of the legs to hold them to the body. There are no other rips or tears. There is very light crazing on head and limbs. Arms and legs are in perfect shape with all fingers and toes accounted for. She has blue painted side glance eyes and a closed rosebud mouth. She has molded hair. The end of the wire holding her head on is exposed, but there are no tears at her neck.She seems to haveher original dress and petticoat in sunny yellow, it fits her well. Her bonnet is lace trimmed. The clothes appear to be hand made. There is some light insect damage to her clothes. \"Sunny\" would make a great new addition to your family!
