Change of shipping address is not allowed at any time.
Shipment by international courier services such as Fedex or DHL due to high value of product and more safer delivery.

Warranty & Return Policies

Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving items. Contact us via message.
Standard Warranty we provides 30 days repair warranty for our customer\'s hardware and software issues, (accessories including batteries do not carry any warranty). The terms and conditions for a standard 30 days warranty are as follows:
Warranty does not cover the following:
A. Broken screens or LCDs
B. Damage due to usage in fire, water, earthquake, lightning or other acts of nature and extreme thermal or Environmental conditions
C. Damages caused by accidents or mishandling of the device
D. Damage caused by applications or firmwares or 3rd party applications which are not compatible with the device. Rooted device is not acceptable in any situation.
E. Dead pixels LCD or display.
F. Product serial number or IMEI number has been removed, erased, defaced, altered or tampered
G. Replacement of parts with parts not provided by manufacturers
H. Deterioration of the Product due to normal wear and tear, including without limitation rust or stains
I. Accessory,attached peripheral,free gift sold with main unit.
J. Any trouble caused by software updates or application installation. There is no guarantee for compatibility with 3rd party apps.
K. minor imperfections within design specifications and that do not materially alter functionality of the Product are not considered a defect.
Wrong items, Dead On Arrival, Damaged parcels or cosmetic damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. In case of Damaged parcels or cosmetic damage due to transportation, please first get shipping damaged declaration signed by delivery company.
Buyer is required to ship the item to us first for physical verification of defect reported or repair under warranty coverage.
Buyer covers cost of necessary return shipping unless the reason of returns is under seller responsibilities (covered under warranty/wrong item sent) where return shipping reimbursement will be provided.
Repair will be done under warranty coverage.
Refund will be given as money back or replacement of equivalent product offered by us if repair is not possible.
All returns with reasons stated below must be reported and return procedure completed within 30 days of receiving items.
Item must keep original condition without any accessory, case, protections used or missing parts.
Return request can be raised and considered only after parcel is received by buyer. Return policy is not applicable and refund cannot be considered due to customer failure/refusal to receive order or abandonment of order by customer.Such cases will be treated as \"Change of Mind\" and refund conditions as per table below.
In case of change of mind and reasons of returns not under seller responsibilities, 20% Restocking fees and Shipping fee (All cost to refurbish product to Original shipped condition, Cost incurred during importation process (duties, shipping, import permit fees etc) in case duty was paid by us will be charged to buyer.
If any cost of returning package is higher than item cost we have the right to declare it abandoned/destroyed to the carrier, and no refund will be applied to buyer.
*Even when a free shipping is offered, any refund applied will be less shipping as they are prepaid from us and not refundable.
We will first attempt to send you the missing parts/items for return goods due to missing parts. In case we cannot prepare replacement, we will accept return of product.
