Herman Miller Eames Chair Base. This was on a chair that sold international and buyer purchased chair without the base. I can provide a picture of original chair if desired. It was a Naugahyde Covered Arm Chair with a fiberglass shell that had the Herman Miller Embossed Logo in the shell. I believe it was either late 50s or 60s. The base comes without screws and is straight and sits flat. It appears to have original satin black paint in good conditionThe rear holes are about 4-5/8 apart, The front 7-1/4 and abouy 7-1/8\" between the rows.
