This is a pretty Victorian style picture frame by Seagull Pewter.

It is heart shaped and hangs from a gunmetal colored ribbon that has a pewter mounting/hanger.

The front has a floral design at the top, writing on the bottom and a cameo of a lady right under the photo.

There is a rope border.

On the back it is marked \"1999 Seagull Pewter, Etain Zinn Canada\".

The frame itself measures 5 1/4\" tall and 3 5/8\" across. The opening for the picture measures 2\" by 3\".

It is in very good condition, just some light scratches from wear.

Please look at all photo for condition.

It comes from a smoke free home.
