Offered here is an original (circa 1950) Gurley Candle Co. - Buffalo, N.Y. - 79c large size Halloween candle in resemblance of a Witch, clutching her broom and Jack ‘O Lantern. The vintage decoration (8” height) is unused with full wick - maintaining the original label. The paper Gurley label shows some ink notations (see pics) - while being crisp and supple. The actual candle demonstrates bold, vivid and bright color contrasts in traditional Halloween color, with no fade and unsightly loss of enameling. The candle is no misshapen - being a free standing, aesthetically rewarding Halloween Witch for presentation in any collection.
