This is a pair of 1956 California \" GOLD \" License Plates.They were found hanging on the wall of a Barn in French Gulch Calf.probably been there since 1963 when the \" BLACK \" plates came out.They have been Cleared by the Cal. DMV as of Feb.20 2018.These plates can be used on vehicles {cars only } 1956 thru 1962 .They are in very GOOD shape, original paint, straight, and very clean.Mounting holes are perfect with no distortion.The paint has Normal wear for a plate that was made 62 years ago.
