It can be sized up or down with ease by your local silver smith or jewelry shop. The stone is securely bezel set and stable. The whole piece is without damage,cracks or defects. The ring shows normal signs of wear and tarnishing. This piece was purchased from a collector in New Mexico. Circa 1970s
