Vintage Needle Oiler Watch Sewing Machine Gun:

I believe this item to be an oiler of some type. The base is round measuring approximately 1 1/2\" in diameter and is silver in color. A magnet does not stick to the surface. There is one needle in the screw off top; however, it appears as if there might have been two needles. Please see the photos for more details and measurements.
