For sale is a gorgeous Delft Holland Tobacco Jar/Humidor adorned with the traditional blue and white motif. This great piece is hand painted piece and measures approximately 5 ½ “in height (6 ½” including the original metal lid and finial) with 3 ¾” mouth and base diameters. The base is marked Delft Blue Holland and stamped with the number 541. The humidor is in lovely Vintage condition with no cracks or chips but does have the expected crazing. There is also some wear on the finish of the lid. This particular humidor is in especially nice condition as many that you will find are cracked, chipped or have missing lids. This beautiful piece would be a wonderful addition to any humidor and/or Delft Blue collection. The piece can also be adapted to a myriad of uses.
