This is a beautiful sterling silver and gilt finish, guilloche enamel butterfly brooch madearound the 1930\'s. The brooch has some damage to the enamel which can be seen in the pictures.
The brooch has a sterling silver stamp and makers initials which I cannot read properly.
The width of the brooch is 4.5 cm ( One and four fifth inches ) and the pin and C clasp are in good working condition and original.The brooch has a loop fitted on the back for a safety chain if required.
