This is a clearly a very old horse bridle - I am not an expert and don\'t know much about this item so will describe this as best I can but please view all the photos. I am unsure of the exact age - the leather looks very old. There are lots of silver links which are quite ornate and decorated with unusual marks - these are untested so I am not sure if these are actual silver or silver plate. Due to the ornate nature of this horse bridle, it looks to have been used for special occasions or ceremonies - perhaps a wedding?
I am unsure if this bridle is complete or usable so is being sold for decoration only.
UPDATE: Someone has kindly advised that this is from Chile! Also for your information the inside diameter of the ring is approx 4\". I have also been advised it is from Mexico - it is clear that it is South American!Overseas customers are very welcome.
