About Saucy Signs:

Located in rural Australia, Saucy Signs is a creative small business featuring hundreds of original handcrafted wooden signs for you to choose from. Our signs are created in three stages by hand and are very affordable considering the work involved in creating them.

Size and Features:

Our signs measure approximately 12 x 9 inches or 30 x 21 cms. Additionally, signs that appear to have white lettering actually have a neutral, light timber coloured font.Each sign is genuinely original and individually hand-crafted so the colours and the finish of your sign may vary slightly to the sign pictured here, as no two signs are identical. Oh… and avoid hanging your sign where it can get wet. They are not designed to withstand rain or heavy moisture. The Saucy Signs logo shown in the photo is a watermark only.

Custom Signs:

We can customize signs and create a sign with almost anything you want on it, subject to formatting. Just message us with your requirements. We can pop any sporting team combinations on them or word them however you like. Custom signs may take a little longer to make & post. As soon as your sign\'s ready, we\'ll message you and list it on for you to purchase. Wholesale or bulk enquiries arewelcome.

Shipping:

Australian Customers:Please note thatfreestandard shippingdoes notinclude tracking. Please choose another option if you require tracking by Australia Post. Parcel Post is also a quicker delivery option.
Additionally, Express Post does notnecessarilymean next day delivery. Westronglysuggest you choose Parcel Post or Express Post for faster shipping and tracking options as we can\'t be responsible for Australia Post stuff-ups. We don\'t profit from these additional postal services. In fact slugs us 10% of our shipping costs.
If you order two signs we post them separately as they\'re cheaper to ship and therefore we can offer you free standard postage. Although they\'re posted at the same time, Australia Post may deliver them a day or two apart.
All orders of three or more signs will be express posted within Australia free of charge.
International Customers:Please note that Standard International Shippingdoes notinclude tracking. Please choose the Australia Post Air Mail Parcel option if you wish to track your order. This is also a faster shipping option.Typically our signs reachmajorWorldwide & US cities within 7-10 days, and from our response and reviews, they\'re generally shipping really quickly to the US in particular.

We\'d have to say the average delivery time to all international locations would be around 10-18 days & usually our signs are on the next flight out of here. Also keep in mind we\'re a day ahead down here in Australia. Once our signs hit a major airport, they\'re in the hands of your local postal service.
We can\'t be responsible for delays by local postal services and customs clearances. We have experienced issues and delays particularly with Canadian deliveries so westronglysuggest you use a tracking shipping option.

Also:

Please make sure you provide us with the correct delivery address when making payment, as any errors cannot be rectified once your item is shipped and will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Please keep in mind that processing time on is calculated in \"Business Days\" therefore signs ordered late in the week (ie: Thursday arvo onward) may not be shipped until early the following week.

Payments & How to Pay by Card:

We accept secure payments via Paypal. We also accept various major credit cards & bank transfers. If you wish to pay by card, when you get to the Paypal checkout, look for the \'pay with a debit or credit card\' link and away you go!

Please place your id/name in the reference section for Australian bank transfers. Bank transfers will take longer to process, so please keep this in mind when referring to the estimated delivery date when leaving response etc. Our customers have also experienced long processing delays when paying by echeque.

We strive to rectify any issues our customers may have, even if it\'s out of our hands, so to speak. The fine print:

Once a transaction has been confirmed by the buyer, it is a legally binding contract of purchase. Payment must be received within 5 days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions. If payment is not received within 5 days of purchase then a \'Non Paying Buyer Dispute\' is filed automatically by , and four days later a final fee credit lodged.

Unfortunately, we accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Australia Post or other postal services.
