Cleaning:Almost allof our jewellery is cleaned and polished on the day of dispatch to give an almost new appearance, however we don\'t always polish true Vintage pieces unless requested.

Valuations:We are happy to provide insurance valuations on request for your item.

Invoices:We can provide paper invoices on request.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your item please let us know as soon as possible, we are more than happy to accept returns on any item. The buyer must let us know they are returning the items within 14 days of receipt of the items.

Unless the item is broken, buyers must pay return postage & packaging charges.
