1/4 lb organic, raw hickory nut meats, harvested, cracked and picked-out this Fall, 2017.Mostly quarters, halves and mid-sized pieces, put through asieve to catch any grinds and meal- no crumbs! Nuts are triple checked for shells, but as a natural product, shell fragments may still be possible; always a good idea to give another look before snacking or baking!
These are smaller nuts, intense in flavor, collected and painstakingly shelled and picked-out with love by my dear 87
and 92 year old adopted grandparents. And boy do they make a fantastic melt-in-your-mouth hickory nut cake! I know,
as this is my payment for listing some nuts for them!
There won\'t be many pounds of these this year, so grab \'em while they last!
