Hi folks, the BIN is for one (1) of the window locks pictured. If you’re a buyer that is always trying to buy the best condition you can find these just might be for you. These still retain much of their original finish and could very well be new old stock that were never used. They have some dings and scratches that could have occurred from bumping each other in the box. All have a patent date on the bottom of Dec. 27, 1897. Lock and keeper were given a wipe down with an oiled rag but other than that it’s being sold in as found condition. Keep in mind the authentic antique ones are becoming very very hard to find in this condition. Approximate measurements are lock 2 ¼” x 1 3/8” and the keeper being 2 ¼” x ¾”.

Oilmay havebeen applied butitems should have a final cleaning and clear coated or painted for continued protection.

My pictures are large because I not only want to tell you what you’re getting but also for you to see what you’re getting.

NOTE: Be very careful when buying antique hardware. I’m seeing more reproductions showing up at flea markets and sales then ever before. Remember, if it\'s too good to be true....

SHIPPING POLICY!

My shipping policy is all items will ship out within 24 hours of receiving payment. I ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday every time, if I don’t then you might want to send flowers. If your item is bought on a Saturday and I’m at work I will take it to the post office inside drop off box that day/night so they have it to process first thing Sunday or Monday. I don’t ship with newspaper and a prayer; I use quality materials and care. Newspaper is only used as filler but never as the main source of protection.

I don’t know if this came from a smoke free home or not. The fact is almost all antiques came out of a home that someone smoked in at one time.
