Everything from large early types (as well as some Republican types) and quadrans, Antoninianii of the 2nd and 3rd century, all the way down to late Roman AE3 and larger AE2\'s! Here is a deal that will knock your socks off! Up for sale here is 1 PREMIUM Detailed uncleaned ancient Roman coin (each lot contains 1 coin, but you may buy as many lots as are available). Just so there is no confusion, our definition of a premium uncleaned coin is one that shows detail and a some hope to be cleaned. You will need to work at many of these for them to show their true beauty. It does not mean that every coin is round, perfect and will be in high grade after cleaning. Some will be like this, but certainly not all. If you are looking for coins that are all like this, then you\'ll need to look elsewhere AND pay at least 5 times as much for them!All of the broken, holed and junk coins were removed, but some will have an irregular edge (this was done at minting) and a few of the Celtic Iberian coins were clipped (any hideous atrocities were removed, of course). These coins are fresh from Spain and NOT picked over for rarities! Just about every one of these coins has AT LEAST some detail (though some of the large coins are incredibly worn and possibly encrusted and will need a lot of work to show their detail. Even with cleaning, a very small minority won\'t clean up to show any detail. This is the nature of uncleaned coins and something you need to keep in mind), and many have quite a bit of detail and might grade VF or better if cleaned well! The large coins are, in general, more worn than the regular sized coins, but they are still identifiable for the most part! Some, however will not clean up at all. Remember that if you buy 10, you are guaranteed 2 large coins (10 is the minimum number to buy to be guaranteed a large coin)! The average size is about 16-18mm but there are larger and there are smaller coins in the batch. I put a dime in many of the pictures for size comparison.
