1-of-a-kind Vintage Bicentennial Plaque MAJOR BATTLES OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION:

This item is a one-off custom-made wooden plaque featuring a map and descriptions of the major battles of the US Revolutionary War. It appears to be made from what looks like a paper placemat from a restaurant that has been applied to a rectangular piece of stained wood (about 1/2\" thick) and lacquered over. A previous attempt to do this using a similar placemat but of the Declaration of Independence with a drawing of an eagle is on the back side of the plaque but perhaps it turned out too dark (the Revolution side is also smoother and more evenly textured). As you can see in the image there is a small amount of a light-colored material near the right edge of the plaque that may be tape adhesive. The edges of the plaque are slightly beveled on both sides and there is a picture hanger already tacked to the back such that it can be wall-mounted with a single small nail.
