DESCRIPTION:
This listing is for a \"lovely\" parian bisque shoulder head doll. Incised on the back of her shoulder head is \"130.3/o 11\". Reference shows similar dolls made by Kling, Hertwig and a few other German makers. I do not know her past history but will describe the best I can. Doll is a bisque shoulder head, bisque hands with molded fingers intact, bisque legs to knees with painted molded brown boots, she has a cloth body. Overall wear, scuffs of the bisque legs for being over 100 years old but together intact. Body is antique and in nice condition. A \"sweet\" face with painted blue eyes, black liner over the eye lids, brown single stroke brows, she has a closed mouth with rose blush on her face. Painted molded wavy hair with curly bangs. Wears antique slip with pantaloons and a charming hand made dress with black lace and silver accents, it is clean with snaps down the back. This is a lovely old late 1800s doll for collection, gift or display! I have taken plenty of photos, please look at my photos to serve as part of this description.
