All items qualify for returns within 14 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged. You can choose a refund or exchange if you are dissatisfied with your product. You are responsible for the shipping of the defective item. In the case of factory defects, we will replace the product for you. When returning an item, it must be in the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be original and in perfect condition.
