For sale to the highest buyer is this fantastic Theropod claw from the famous Hell Creek Formation of Eastern Montana... About the only thing cooler than big teeth is a big claw which are extremely hard to find... This is the only complete large claw that I have found in thirty years of searching, and I really hate to part with it, but, I made the decision to sell off my entire collection, so here it is.. I will let you know right now, it isn\'t going to be cheap..... BUT, it is a lot cheaper than buying it from most dealers.

In a straight line from the top to the tip, it is just over 3 1/2 inches in length, and weighs 46.5 grams. As you can see in the pictures, it was bleached out to the point of almost being pure white when found.

It needed just a little bit of fill on the top and the very end of the tip was missing so I put a new tip on the end. So, I would say that this claw was about 98% complete when found. After many years of sitting on my shelf in its\' white condition, I decided to add some color which makes it look so much better. I normally never add color to my fossils, but I made an exception for this item.

This claw would definitely be a great addition to any collection and probably the pinnacle to most collections.
