Comes in its original stickered die-cut sleeve which has a small tear adjacent to the opening and a couple of edge splits.

The disc has clean labels with no sticker tears or writing.

Just very light marks to the disc which plays really well throughout, a few crackles and pops but no jumps or clicks.
