This large fragment of a 12 lb. spherical shell was recovered on Little Round Top on The Gettysburg Battlefield. This large frag was recovered years ago by Iva Rosensteel. The Rosensteels had the largest collection of Gettysburg artifacts at the time. Most of the collection ended up with the Gettysburg National Military Park. This large frag has a diameter of approximately 6 inches. It has been cleaned and treated to prevent further oxidation. A very nice collectible from The Rosensteel Collection from Little Round Top.
