UP FOR ADOPTION I am pleased to offer you this Grace S Putnam Bye-Lo Baby doll. I do not know the past restoration history but will describe the best I can. This is an \"antique\" bisque head with newer replacement baby doll body. Measures just about 12\" tall with porcelain hands with fingers intact. Body is clean and in good shape. Incised on the back of bisque head is \"copr by GRACE S PUTNAM MADE IN GERMANY\", below mold number \"1373\" which is attributed to German maker ABG, Alt Beck & Gottschalck. This is a lovely head with no cracks or hairlines. There are blue glass sleepy eyes on rocker that work fine, subtle dark blonde brows, she has closed mouth with accent line through and high color on her face. Painted molded orange brown hair. I have stuffed her head for safe shipping and put it back on her body. You may wish to secure the neckline a little better, I did not do this as I thought someone may wish to put this head on antique body. She does display nice with clothing on. Wears vintage dress with ribbon tie at waist, hold porcelain baby doll which is included with her. I have taken plenty of photos. Please look at my photos they will serve as part of this description.
