Bought these brand new and didn\'t end up using them, since I needed to get some full size pillar candles instead. However, I noticed a couple marks on the bottom of the charging base which make it look a tiny bit used (not visible). The top of the base and candles are in perfect condition. These have a RED flame which is very neat, and I think a bit hard to find.
