TODAYS ITEM FOR sale IS: the Etruria strike Ansonia clock. One Day., Ansonia Co. New York. Stands 22 inches tall. 15\" wide at the bottom, 13\" wide at the top. Appears to be oak wood from the 1880\'s. Label on back has awards from an 1878 Exposition. Overlay design on front door glass. Inside the dial is a cardboard piece with maker mark shown in one photo. Cast iron piece inside Ansonia Clock Co. We have the pendulum and a key for winding. Has a pleasant ring to it. We are clock people and are not experienced with clock workings. It is not working. Perhaps a nice project for a clock / watch repair person. Questions please ask.
