Vintage Cameo Ring with round diamond pendant around her neck. Beautiful detail in her hair, flowers and face. A very unique and beautiful piece. Ring size is just a little over a 9 and can be easilyre-sizedif needed. This ring was purchasedapproximately 50 years ago and at that time it was estimated to be over 50 years old. I don\'t have an exact year but I have been told by jewelers that it does represent that period. Her dimensions are approx. 1 3/8\" long and 1\" wide.
