Up for your consideration is a solid gold, very large, natural berry pink tourmaline. The color is deep and rich. As I am not a jeweler, I do not know the exact carat weight of this stone, but I would hazard a guess that it is somewhere in the 5 carat range.

Years ago when I had this ring sized down, the jeweler unfortunately cut out the maker’s mark. It was made for me by Sayer’s Jewelers in Smyrna, Delaware.

The Tourmaline sits in a 14kt solid gold setting. All the prongs are tight, and there are no chips or cracks in the stone. The stone sets high because of its large size. The ring is currently a size 6.5 U.S and can be resized by your jeweler.

It is an elegant look, and would make a unique engagement ring and can be worn as a beautiful right-hand ring. It is a gorgeous tourmaline. Tourmaline is one of my favorite gemstones because it comes in such an amazing range of colors. I particularly favor the pink Tourmalines as the color is so beautiful.
