AMAZING, RARE PURPLE COW GEM SILICAAGATE!!!!!This stunning material is characterized by mixed plumes of purple and white. The most rare color is the deep reds, and there are some visible in this piece!!!! It comes from Mcdermitt Nevada. This piece is covered in botryoidals and some druzy cavities. This material makes some of the most stunning cabs you have seen. The purples and whites and reds mix together and make some beautiful pinks in this specimen. You can get a lot of cabs and some slabs from it. It is transparent throughout. I really hate to part with any piece in my collection. I have been collecting them the majority of my life and this is one of my favorite pieces!!! Due to unforeseen complications in life, I have to part with most if not all of my collection. If you offer on it and win, I hope you enjoy it as much as I truly do.

It measures approximately 11 1/8\" across the face x5 1/2\" wide. The thickest part of the body, where you can cut the largest slabs is 2 3/4\"deep. The two points you see in the pics are 7 1/2\" and 5\"deep.The specimenweighs approximately14 are shown wet & dry. The coloration is true as the camera sees them under the circumstances which they were taken. I try to describe the specimen as close to what I see as I can. I want to be completely honest with everyone in my descriptions. I do not enhance any colors or tweak the photos in any way.
