This lovely bowl of core bamboo was made in Vietnam. The bowl is 14\" square, but has curved cornersrather than pointed ones. The inside of the bowl is in a circular shape in the bottom, then slants into the soft square shape as it goes on up to the top. When on a table, the bowl stands 3-1/2\" tall at the top. The bamboo bowl is not microwave or dishwasher safe, the stickeradvising hand washing. The inside of the bowl is of the bamboo\'s natural color and the outside has been stained/painted a deep red/brown and the darker edges of the bamboo came through the stain. I took photo 1 near the burgundy fabric to show the very rich looking brown finish. Email any questions you may have about the bowl.
