I am pleased to offer this amazing top class dress watch for men by the finest Swiss maker IWC, known as one of the most sought after Swiss brands for their finest standards. This watch from the late 40s is cased in an original, quite heavy 14K solid gold case and is in fantastic original condition. Don\'t miss this one!

Movement:

State of the art IWC Swiss manual wind movement.
This is a fine early hi grade 62 caliber, running well on 17 jewels and adjusted to 3 positions. While this is not a very common IWC caliber it is of the finest standards and comes with a sub seconds at 6 version.
The movement is working well, keeping good time.

Case,
Crystal & Crown:

Original 14K marked and hinged in excellent shape solid gold case. Quite heavy at 11.4 grams. With mint crystal and good crown.
The case is engraved on the back elegantly for 1954 although this watch was made a few years earlier.

Dial &
Hands :

100% ORIGINAL FACTORY MADE !! and mint Sterling silver brushed dial with hard enamel print and applied solid gold numerals with original set of hands.

Tip for collectors:
Despite popular demand for refinished clean dials, I am aware of collectors\' search and sensitivity for original dials. Therefore any dials known to be refinished, will be clearly mentioned in the dial section of the description. Otherwise, dial is believed to be 100% original.

Size: Measures 26 mm side to side (excluding crown) and 36 mm lug to lug.
