Solid 14K Diamond Open Heart Pendant on 14K Solid Yellow Gold Box Chain Necklace ... Pendant style is an open heart-shaped design, approximately 7/8\" in length including fixed loop, with two small genuine round-cut diamonds. Hallmarked \"14KT\" and \"MAYORS\" on back.
Chain is approximately 17.25\" in length and about 0.9 mm wide ( less than 1 mm). Hallmarked \"MILROS \". Also marked \"14Kt\" and \"Italy\" and lobster-claw style clasp has a tiny \"585\" mark as well.Pendant and chain are both relatively lightweight and have a total combined weight of about 2.6 grams.

This is an estate item in very good condition with light to normal signs of use and wear. Stones are firmly intact with no chips and chain links are in good form with no kinks. Polished and ready to wear.
