16\" Puzzy Composition dol 1940\'s The Good Habit Kids House of Puzzy

Who remembers Puzzy? Marked \"Puzzy\" H of USA\". 16\" tall with painted hair and old vintage shirt and shorts with darling shoes.

Composition Puzzy Character doll by H. of P. circa 1948. One of the most charming American Made dolls ever. Marked on back of head Puzzy with the copyright symbol of a c in a circle. Below that is H of P USA

Wearing what looks like original clothes of red shorts, white shirt black neck tie, leather shoes and no socks.

No repaint but does have a slight craze line at the bottom of the dolls right eye, a mold separation at the side of head that may have been filled, a little wear here and there to the hair.

This is a doll that will make you smile every time you look at it, such a character face googly eyes looking to the side, freckles bottom of eyes and also top of eye on the side, cute open mouth with white teeth showing, nice chubby cheeks.

Just a real charmer.
